We are compassionate! We donate 10% of our net profit annually to organizations in the communities that we serve. BUT it doesn’t stop there. Keep an eye out for our tribal members in the community at service projects, donating to fundraising drives and lending a hand for local and global volunteer programs.

Pay close attention to the word seriously. Our Tribe and our customers count on us to get the job done, no matter how hard or how long it takes. Our Tribal Members are the lubricant that makes our machine run so fluidly. It doesn’t feel so hard when you get to work alongside other like-minded people.
We act with urgency.
We know homeowners need our help. We get as much work done as possible everyday so we can help as many of them as soon as possible. The same goes for members in our Tribe. When a fellow tribal member needs something such as advice, material, a tool, or just encouragement, they get it right away.
We do what we say we will do.
For over 40 years we’ve built trust with our tribal members, our customers and our suppliers by doing what we say we will do. Knowing we can count on each other strengthens trust. It’s not always easy, but it’s always right!
